Over 35 years’ experience with permitting projects in Seattle and the Puget Sound for public, private, and government clients. Spent more than a decade working in the governments of King County, Metro, and Seattle. From 2005 to 2015, she was Senior Project Manager of Entitlements for Vulcan Real Estate, managing permitting for their many projects. This included Seattle’s South Lake Union office and residential development.

  • Working on Major Institution Master Plans (MIMPs) for University of Washington and Harborview Medical Center

  • Managing entitlements on the Eastside of Lake Washington, including the new Bothell City Hall & Civic Center

  • Mapping out and managing permitting for the Seattle Monorail Project

  • Head of Public Notification and Zoning Information Department at the Seattle Department of Construction and Land Use (now SDCI)

  • The Swale on Yale - winning the Seattle Design Commission’s “in the Works” Award
